I first visited Hatteras Island eleven years ago while dating my husband. We immediately knew that we wanted to grow old together here. Several years ago, we built our first rental property in Avon. We thought that would scratch our itch to be here, but sparked us to move here instead. We packed up the kids and the dog and moved to Hatteras to live our dream.

I grew up in a family of real estate professionals in Wilmington, North Carolina and have spent most of my life "at the beach". My career began fifteen years ago after moving to Raleigh as a Real Estate Appraiser, and eventually expanded into sales. I am currently a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and a NC State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
