Chances are that we already have something in common if you are reading about me...and, chances are, it has something to do with a passion for Hatteras Island. So, we are off to a great start, and, if you are looking for a Realtor to help you navigate the real estate market on Hatteras Island then there's a bit more about me that I'd like to share with you.
Let me start with my love for Hatteras Island, grown from a fascination that began in 1976 as a child from New York on a family vacation. Hatteras Island was a little different back then, but the things that made me long to return, year after year, remain the same. The island pace is one set to enjoy day-to-day life. The pristine beaches, the coastal waters and the recreational opportunities they provide are still what draw many to visit. I am fortunate and thankful that, since 1998, Hatteras Island has been the special place I call home.
For me, real estate is as much an entertaining hobby as it is a rewarding career. Over the many years of living here on Hatteras Island, I have gained local market expertise, which, I would love to pass onto you. My experience in the vacation rental and property management industry and as a residential broker with an international luxury brand has provided me with unique perspectives on the resort real estate market.
