Originally from the Baltimore-Washington area, we moved to Hatteras Island in the spring of 1991. We are licensed real estate brokers who consistently produce multi-million dollar sales results, and we are recognized as one of the most innovative marketing teams on the island.
Throughout the years, we have striven to set the standard for the practice of real estate. We are the authors of Your Personal Guide To Hatteras Island Real Estate, the first book devoted exclusively to the Hatteras Island real estate market. In addition, we have written a monthly real estate article for the Hatteras Monitor magazine since the early 1990s.

We are Charter Members of the Worldwide Recreation & Resort Sales Council, an industry organization that focuses on the unique needs and practices of recreation and resort property sales.
