The Albatross Fleet has been in business in Hatteras Village since 1937. Captain Ernie Foster offers full-day Gulf Stream charters or half-day charters. The boats are historic Hatteras-style with twin turbo diesel engines and complete electronics. Guides are second generation.
Foster's Quay is the docking site of the Albatross fleet fishing charters. It's right between Oden's and Village Marina.

This 75-foot head boat makes daily trips to the fishing grounds, with individuals paying by the head or a per-person fee to go along. All the gear and tackle you'll need is provided. The Miss Hatteras takes full-day trips to the Gulf Stream and half-day trips to wrecks to bottom fish for bluefish, trout, sea bass, flounder and more. Reservations are required.
