The ground level offers covered parking and under house entry. Level 1 is sure to be a favorite kids retreat. Here you will find a large brightly decorated living room access to the private 15 x 19 rectangular pool, bedroom 1 with 2 singles and TV, and bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a hall bath.

Upstairs on living level 2 you will find bedroom 3 with King bed, private bath and TV, bedroom  4 with Queen bed, Bedroom 5 with Queen bed, bedroom 6 with 2 Singles and TV and a conveniently located hall bath.

At the top of the stairs you are greeted by a bright, airy great room boasting views of the lake and surrounding area. The living area is beautifully decorated and is accented with a decorative fireplace and built-in book shelves. The nicely equipped kitchen is situated between a 4 top dining table, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 6. Just past the great room is a sprawling sundeck with access to a tall observation deck that provides the perfect setting to close out your day.

This house was amazing in every aspect. It was very modern and roomy. Awesome pool and hot tub. Great location for the Sound side. Very comfy and an awesome value for the price.
