Our house was lovely and well located. It was a perfect beach cottage! We had fantastic views of the sun rise and the ocean. It had the space we needed and let in a ton of sun light all while situated on the ocean side. All in all a great vacation home.

The price was right for an early season rental (Memorial Day weekend) and the house was well-maintained. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook a full meal. Beryl came through while we were there (our first time to encounter significant rain in 12 years of beach trips) and the house was tight - no rain leaked in and it didn't sway in the wind.
