Beautiful home in superb location -- you really do get both Sound and Ocean views and access in one home! Elevator is great for convenience and older or handicapped guests. Nicely furnished with pool and hot tub. A great place to relax and enjoy the OBX. Outer Beaches Realty is very professional, responsive and great to work with.

This was our 17th trip to OBX/Hatteras Island in 12 years and probably our most favorite location to date. It was fantastic to look out front and see ocean and look out back and see sound. Sunrise every morning and sunset every night. The house had something for everyone in our group of three families/10 people. I heard no complaints. Hope to return!

The view is just breath taking that is really all you need to say. Was great to wake up and see the ocean to stand in the living room and watch our love ones on the beach. We had so much fun will stay there next year again
