This home boasts 5 master king size bedrooms with great ocean views, one pyramid bunk, 2 sets of bunks, and 2 singles. All bedrooms have their own full private bath and deck access. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen sleeper sofa in the exercise room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. 

Every beach vacationer knows the kitchen is the center of the family vacation experience. The kitchen at Here Comes the Sun has 3 very distinct areas, a storage/preparation area, a cooking area, and a serving cleaning area. Additionally, there is an immense dining table to provide adequate seating for your large party as well as a 12 foot breakfast bar for that casual early morning meal before you hit the beach. Located on the top floor living level, this kitchen is sure to please even the most discerning chef. It is decked out with double appliances as well as all the tools necessary for the ultimate cooking and dining experience, including a wine refridgerator, commercial icemaker and two wet bars. The large elevator stops directly in the kitchen for easy access. You can even watch the sunset from the sound side kitchen deck. 

Everyone will enjoy the enormous game room which occupies almost the entire ground level, complete with pool table, 50" flat panel TV home theatre system with surround sound, living area with fireplace, full kitchen, and wet bar. All of this is conveniently accessed from the pool and hot tub area right outside the door. Here Comes the Sun has a large 37 foot custom, concrete, pool with mosaic inlay on the bottom. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. The pool deck is complete with plenty of furniture, gas grill and 2 large outside showers. Located right outside the pool gate is the shared walkway to the beach. A short walk and you are there! Ten beach chairs and six bikes are also available for your convenience and enjoyment.

For the discerning Guest who likes to stick to their daily regimen, this home also boasts a separate exercise room on the 4th level with exercise bike, stair master, weights, TV and a comfortable seating area.

House has a great view of the ocean and is situated at the end of a quiet street. The shipwreck just down the beach was an unexpected surprise. This truly was the graveyard of the Atlantic. [less]
