Each of these bedrooms have private baths, and deck access. Centrally located on this level you will find the media room with big screen TV, Playstation 2, and Wii.   The 3rd floor boasts a bright and airy great room with gas fireplace, large format TV, stereo with surround sound and lots of windows providing spectacular views of the ocean, sound and surrounding area. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar with seating for 4, 2 dishwashers and wine refrigerator is conveniently located just off the living area and is adjacent to the dining area with a table with seating for. Tucked away on this level is master bedroom 5 with king bed, private bath and deck access.   Finishing off this perfect beach vacation bouquet is the loft with amazing views from every angle and provides the perfect place to quietly reflect on the day or relax with a book.

What a fabulous house! From the kitchen that has every appliance and utensil that a group of eleven would ever need to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck and the widows walk. Great layout, great views for great times.

We just got back from a fantastic week at the Scarlet Begonias. Aside from the perfect weather, this house is by far our new favorite. We were so surprised at how you can see the ocean or sound no matter which direction you looked from sitting in the same spot. Of course the crows nest gives you even better views. We also loved the way you walk outside from the bottom level straight to the pool, no steps to deal with. The nice wide decks were great and so were the heavy duty picnic tables. Scarlet Begonias is just beautiful and so were all the little unexpected extras we found upon arrival. Two bath towells per person.....hand soap at every sink, detergent, paper towells.....etc. Can't wait till May when we will return for another visit. Thanks for a wonderful week in Salvo! [less]

THis was our first experience with Outer Beaches and needless to say, we were quite impressed!
We have been vacationing in Hatteras for many, many years, and now that our children are grown and we have grandchildren, it was important to find a house, that was suitable to everyone's needs.

The layout of the house, the location in South Beach(which we loved and have stayed at 4 other houses), the ammenities, everything was perfect for our needs.
From our initial contact with Outer Beaches, other than online, our rep, Susan Farrow, was most informative and helpful. She made the entire reservation process easy .
The special touches that Outer Beaches offers with their "Elite" homes made a great impression and were very well received and appreciated.
Thanks to all the staff at Outer Beaches for a job very well done!!! We would definitely recommend OB to friends and use them again.

The cleaniness and the modernization were great. Enjoyed the elevator for our handicapped grandmother.
Decorations were excellent.
