Lounge away a sunny afternoon by the 12 x 24 rectangular shaped private pool, or relax on multiple levels of furnished sun decks or the breezy screened porch. (The private pool is available from April 20 to October 25, and pool heat available for $400 per week.) Guests will love the hot tub on cooler summer nights, and for indoor entertainment, head inside to the first level game room with foosball table and kitchenette. There are also two bedrooms on this first level, and 4 more bedrooms are located on the mid-level. All of the bedrooms in this home are comfy and accommodating, and 3 of the bedrooms are masters with their own private bath (including one with a Jacuzzi tub.) Upstairs, vacationers can relax with the ocean in the background in the top level great room. The living area features a 37 flat screen TV and gas fireplace, and the dining area has plenty of elbow room for everyone in the family, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.
