Here is the perfect coffeehouse atmosphere: sofas, newspapers, local chatter, tables inside or on the deck, and a friendly owner who handles the busiest of morning rushes with aplomb. The coffee is just right, not overly strong, and the espresso and cappuccino drinks are expertly prepared. A selection of loose teas is available. Iced coffees are good for summer days, and the chai milkshake beats everything. Milk shakes and smoothies are large, and they'll give you the leftovers if they make one that's too big for your cup. The Coffeehouse serves heavenly cinnamon oat and blueberry scones, muffins, bagels, cinnamon bread, pastries, biscotti, granola, and fruit. You can have your granola with soy milk or yogurt, if you'd like. The Coffeehouse is open every day for breakfast, light lunches, and snacks.
