If you purchase this plan and are not completely satisfied, simply return your Description of Coverage to us within 10 days of receipt. Include a letter indicating your desire to cancel. If you have not already left on your trip, you will receive a full refund.

** Insurance coverage is available to all travelers occupying the property. All travelers must be residents of the U.S. or non-residents traveling to the U.S.
24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services:
- Nurse Helpline: The assistance provider will provide clinical assessment, education and general health information.
- Medical Referral: The assistance provider will help find a doctor, hospital, pharmacy, or consult with your physician.
- Emergency Messaging: Provides emergency messaging to and from the traveler's home and/or family, friends, personal physicians and employers.
- Pre-Trip Travel Advice: Provides information on travel destinations, city profiles, weather, special events, ATM Locations, and related services.
- Lost Ticket & Passport Assistance: Provides referrals and information to assist in obtaining replacement for lost or stolen travel documents, passports, travel tickets, etc.
- Emergency Cash Transfer: The assistance provider can arrange the transfer of emergency funds from credit cards, family or friends.
- Lost Baggage Tracking
- Vehicle Return Service: If your vehicle cannot be fixed by the side of the road, our assistance provder will tow it to the nearest service facility.
- Legal Referral: Provides access or referrals to conveniently located attorneys and assistance in obtaining bail bonds.
- Emergency Prescription Refill Assistance Provides assistance in obtaining a replacement of an existing prescription of your medication if it has been lost, stolen or if you are in need of a refill.
Concierge Services
Provides assistance with arranging sporting, amusement park and entertainment ticketing, fine dining reservations, golf tee times and special events.
How do I obtain coverage?
Your Vacation Rental Agreement shows the fee for this coverage. Simply pay the amount indicated with your initial deposit.
When is my coverage effective?
Coverage begins 12:01 A.M. the day after Outer Beaches Realty receives your payment and signed Vacation Rental Agreement.
What do I receive indicating my coverage?
Outer Beaches Realty will send you a Description of Coverage along with your Vacation Rental Agreement, which describes coverage and exclusions in more detail. You may request your Policy/Certificate of Insurance directly from CSA Travel Protection by contacting them directly at 866-298-6846.
