20hr/week work, on weekends. Job entails Housekeeping inspections and working directly with Property Coordinators to ensure all OBR homes are cleaned and inspected to OBR standards. A reliable vehicle is required.

Guest Services Representative/Reservationist
Outer Beaches Realty is seeking a Guest Services Representative/Reservationist. This position is full-time year-round with benefits.

- Customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team
- 40 hours/week including weekends
- Flexibility to work in the Waves, Avon and Hatteras Offices

Maintenance Coordinators – Full-Time and Seasonal
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends. We’re looking for an individual that also has good computer and phone skills. Reliable transportation is a MUST.
