Upstairs, you'll find unbelievable panaromic views of the ocean, the shared living room and kitchen and the laid-back style that so defines the Outer Banks of the past. Downstairs you get all the whistles and bells of the modern world, including the pool table, foosball table, large screen TV with phenomenal surround sound and hot tub. So … some in your party can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere upstairs, and others can play in the exciting, soundproof rooms downstairs. And to top it off, the game room is adjacent to a bedroom that sleeps four. Sea Oats I truly is the best of both worlds, all in one house.
