Your Hatteras Island dream job awaits! We're seeking a talented Bookkeeper to be part of our Rental Accounting Team. You will help ensuring timely and accurate Guest and Owner Accounting. This position is based out of our Avon office.

Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. The established procedures and processes must be followed very closely. The Bookkeeper position is a full-time position located at our Avon Office

Job Summary:

·       Process payments

·        Assist our Guest Services Team with moving funds from one reservation to another

·        Answering Travel Insurance questions about specific reservation details

·        Manage Guest lease compliance

·        Process vendor invoices

·        Communicate with Guest regarding payments due


Competencies:

·        Steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work

This person will have primary responsibility for supporting the company’s Sales Department and will assist with general administrative projects at the broader company level as necessary. The ongoing responsibilities of the position include the research and production of a series of recurring reports, the preparation of Sales Department advertisements, file creation and maintenance, agent support in the development of sales listings, and answering the departmental telephone. Less frequent duties involve the ordering of supplies, assisting agents with marketing projects, distributing sales leads, and interacting with prospective buyers and sellers. The work environment is congenial with an emphasis on producing very high-quality results. This opportunity is best suited for an individual who enjoys working independently with well-defined tasks.

Outer Beaches Realty is hiring a dependable, people-oriented Marketing Team to help our Marketing Team book vacation rental homes and bring in new homeowners. This is a full-time year-round position paid hourly with benefits and is based in the Avon office. All equipment is provided.

Primary:

·        Assist with email campaign creation and client database maintenance through our CRM platform

·        Create, maintain and execute a content calendar handling social media, email, blogs, and other channels.

·        Assist with social media and website related activities, including writing content, descriptions, taking photographs and video, and providing live coverage at events and around the island

·        Write and produce the monthly company newsletter

·        Assist with reservation system and channel manager for online distribution as needed

·        Assist with advertising through third-party referral partners and affiliations

·        Contribute to the overall marketing plan and strategy with ideas, initiatives, and research

Other:

·        Data entry and weekly reporting

·        Attend industry conferences and events

·        Participate in continuing education, including online and in-person courses and certifications

Required:

·        2 years professional marketing experience
