Maintenance Technicians


Full Time + 20-hour seasonal work weeks available, including weekends. Job entails responding to maintenance issues at OBR homes from guests and homeowners.  Knowledge of multiple maintenance areas is preferable, along with good customer service skills. This is a fast paced work environment. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Laundry Workers - Avon

 

Top-rated Hatteras Island vacation rental company looking for individuals seeking part-time employment. Laundry workers are responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for our vacation rentals. Workers will perform various stages of linen processing including sorting, loading and unloading washers/dryers, folding, and packaging.

Our laundry facility is located in Avon, NC. Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays as needed.
