A Century of Experience

Our Guest Services team has a combined 106 years of property management experience with Outer Beaches alone. That’s right – your guests’ care has more than a century of expertise behind it. This includes the dedicated support of our Guest Service Manager Sally Scarborough’s 16 years behind the OBR front desk and Avon Office Manager Roxanne Staylor’s 15 years across several departments.

Secure Advance Year Reservations

Every January 1, we open the following calendar year in full for bookings so your rental season always has a head start. On top of that, our advance year reservations require meaningful deposits for true guest commitment, compared to other companies who will let guests take several weeks off your calendar for minimal deposits, only to cancel them later.

Proven Performance

Through practiced reservation sales techniques and in teamwork with the Marketing Department, we have increased advance year reservations every year for more than a decade, increased the average number of weeks booked per home, and garnered the highest average star rating on third party review sites of all property management companies on Hatteras Island.

New Home Orientations

Whenever a new home enters our program, our Guest Services team makes an on-site visit so we become quick experts in your home and experience it the way your guests will.

100% Local Staff

Every member of our Guest Services team is based here on Hatteras Island, many of whom have been here for decades. Not only will you and your guests never have to call a remote call center, you’ll always be able to talk to a local expert.

Training & Continuing Education

Our Guest Services team participates in regular continuing education to ensure our customer care is top notch, including on-site training and seminars, industry conferences, local events and webinars.
