At Aah View, visitors will find plenty of breezy beach features combined with practical amenities. All of the bedrooms at this home feature deck access, and 2 master bedrooms also feature Jacuzzi tubs for long, post-beach soaks. Guests will enjoy multiple levels of decks, and the top level tower is an ideal retreat with comfortable furnishings, sunset views, and a wet bar with a refrigerator.
The home also has a dream location in the heart of Avon, located just 100 steps from the Outer Beaches Realty community pool. (A pool pass is also included for vacationers.) The great room features 360 degree views, and throughout the house guests will find 4 TVs including a large flat screen TV with a Blu Ray player located in the comfy living area. There are also 2 DVD players and a stereo/CD player, and wireless high-speed internet for laptops. Guests will also find a lockable storage area, a grill, and compressed air available for 4WD vehicles.
This Avon home has plenty of amenities to be sure, but visitors will find the star attraction is the top-of-the-world ocean view. If your family treasures easy beach access and plenty of oceanfront deck space to go around, then Aah View will truly be a breath of fresh air.

Ah View is aptly named - the view is fantastic! It is behind the dunes but built high enough that the ocean is right there out all the upstairs windows. There is also a little tower room where you can get a 360 degree view of the whole area. The beach in front of the house is wide and never crowded.
