We had a wonderful time, and have already booked for next year in one of the homes we rented before with Outer Beaches. It was close to the beach, the elevators were convenient, and they had carts to bring your things up with. The condominium was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The condo was the cleanest, nicest and most updated place we've ever stayed at! We even own a time share with Disney and OBX Life is Good was probably even nicer AND cleaner! We will definitely be back!

We missed out on picking up our 'swag' because of the Labor Day holiday and the evacuation. It's ok. We'll be back. Have used Outer Beaches MANY times and have always been pleased.

This was our 5th time staying in an OBR property and you never let us down! While OBR is the only realty company we've used, I see no reason to even try someone else. The Condo we stayed in was amazing. The website reflects the homes perfectly. This Condo was outstanding! The layout was wonderful, the views were amazing, the décor was pleasant, the couch was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (but it could use a crockpot). I would certainly recommend this unit to someone looking for a Condo/1-2 bedroom place. The Keyless entry was a huge plus - we've always struggled with how to keep the house locked when we've had people going in different directions. I was happy to learn the houses are being upgraded and to see in the brochure that the 3 other houses we've stayed in during past visits have been upgraded! Hatteras Island is truly a place that has stolen my heart, and OBR provides the best comfort in enjoying my happy place! Thank you for providing homes that really feel like home when visiting the island.

The property is well maintained and very clean. We had no issues to call about. The property is perfect for small families. Its very cozy and comfortable. Its located in a perfect location to view sunrises and sunsets.
