There is easy access to the Atlantic Ocean on the many paths in Kinnakeet Shores by either walking or riding bikes to the boardwalks and quick access to Cape Hatteras National Seashore ramps/parking lots for surfing, swimming, fishing, beach walking, shelling flying kites, picnics, and seasonal beach fires! On the second floor you will find four comfortable master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom; two bedrooms are king sized and two are queen sized. There are lovely sound views with deck access for two of the bedrooms, including the handicap accessible bedroom. A third bedroom has a deck looking towards the east for the memorable morning sunrises over the ocean! The laundry room complete with a washer/dryer and utility sink is also conveniently located on this level.
Venture up to the 3rd floor and a calming library greets you with sweeping views of the sound. This room has a pull out couch and closet and is located between two master suites. Relax and unwind on this deck, which faces the sound and is easily accessed by the library slider, in comfortable rocking chairs and an old fashioned swing seat to take in the amazing Hatteras sunsets while overlooking the pool and gorgeous live oak forest below. Enjoy the luxurious super masters on this 3rd floor, each fitted with a king bed, and a personal deck; one which faces the sound and the other looks east to embrace the early morning sun. Both suites are fully equipped with a private bath with soaking tub.

Recreational opportunities are plentiful from Sound Therapy with aesthetic, quiet paved roads for biking/walking/running through this protected neighborhood. For the fitness buff, there is a 20 station "fit trail" that stretches throughout the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood.
