You'll be singing Sunset Serenade's praises from the moment you pull in. Ample parking opens up to picnic tables and a park grill. Step up the short staircase to under the house dry entry and inside to the game room with pool table, wet bar including full-size refrigerator and microwave, flat screen TV and entertainment center. A convenient cabana bath located off the game room is fully tiled and leads out to the spacious pool deck with hot tub, tiled cabana bar and of course, pool with built-in kiddie pool. All of this overlooks your own private walkway and pier leading out to the pristine peace of the Pamlico Sound. Back inside on this first level you'll also find one King Master and a kid's room with two bunks (1 pyramid) as well as its own private bathroom. A laundry facility on this level is home to two stacked washer/dryers. Sit back on comfy couches in the mini-theater room here with projection screen and surround sound.
On the second level, take your pick from 5 Master bedrooms (3 kings and 2 queens) all with deck access and flat screen TVs. One of these is handicap friendly. At the end of the hall, nestle into the sitting area with double deck access so you can let the breeze blow through. Walk up the steps to the bath on the landing between second and third levels.
The third level is home to panoramic views and an open floor plan. Whether in the kitchen, great room, dining area or sitting room, take in the sights and serenity of the sound. We had the very best vacation with our family as we celebrated our 45th anniversary! We had our 4 kids and 7 grandkids stay with us and we couldn't have had a better vacation. Lots of wonderful family memories were made at Sunset Serenade and we'll cherish them forever. Thanks for making this celebration one we will never forget! The home is big and beautiful! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property for members of a large group. The views are spectacular! We had 3 generations staying there and everyone had the most wonderful time. The house was the best house out of the ten others we stayed in. The little touches of the platinum, two really nice bath towels for all guests, the wicker bag with goodies inside to the two " to go " cups was a really really nice touch. You definitely stand out above other OBX realities. Again thank you for all those special touches! We will be looking to rent a house by Outerbeaches again! This house was incredible.
