Private Cleaner vs. OBR Housekeeping Team


  •    As Private Housekeepers are held to the same cleanliness standards our Housekeepers, they will need to be available for call backs
  •    Open line of communication between your Private Cleaner and our Property Coordinators will need to be necessary
  •    We respect your decision to have someone else privately clean your home, and will work with them to present your home at its best for your guest
  •    When opting for a Private Cleaner, you lose some of the benefits of having OBR Housekeeping clean your home, such as
    • Name brand line of products that wont damage your furnishings and appliances
    • OBR Training and Certification Program
  •    You as an Owner will have to coordinate with your private cleaners on the cleaning schedule for your home
  •    OBR is able to set a more competitive clean rate due to thevolumeof work offered, vs the rate a single homeowner is able to negotiate with a private housekeeper
  •     While you know your home is always number one with OBR, you have no way of knowing whether your home is your private housekeepers only priority
