With nearly 30 years of service to OBR between the Property Managers, the Owner Services Team brings extensive industry experience and deep OBR loyalty and knowledge to the mix. Our Team meets throughout each month to develop and refine our strategy and work together to improve the way we serve our Owners. We are utilizing the organizational and analytical powers of key technologies to keep ourselves informed of your homes’ reservation patterns, so we can remain proactive on your behalf. We’ve implemented tools from the EOS Worldwide platform to keep our boat rowing in the same direction--to set and meet goals for various initiatives and evaluate how successful we’re being in our endeavors. In addition, we’re working closely with our Marketing Team to ensure we’re increasing our reach to more potential Guests for your home.

The Owner Services Team is led by Roxanne Staylor, Manager. Roxanne also serves as the Sr. Property Manager responsible for Owner Services for homes located in Avon. Linda Blackwell, Property Manager for our Waves Office, is responsible for Owner Services for homes located in Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo. Sherri Gerepka, Property Manager of the Hatteras Office, is responsible for Owner Services for homes located in Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras. The Owner Services Team is overseen by General Manager, Heather George. Heather will continue to work with Owners whose homes are part of the OBR Platinum Program.

Personal Check-Ins

Our staff gets to know you and your home one on one, and we check in with you personally on a routine basis. In addition to your dedicated property manager, our entire management team and support personnel keep a close watch on your home through the lens of their area of expertise from housekeeping to maintenance to marketing. Were always here for you and looking for ways to improve your vacation rental ownership experience.
